EXCELLENT Based on 118 reviews Posted on Freedom09988791713Verified Ziplining & Lunch ... Highly Recommend Elias was our driver who picked us up from the hotel and returned us to a hotel safely as requested. He was gracious enough to allow us to pick the music. It was very kind. We started the tour with a spelunking activity because the river was too choppy for the river tubing option. Denmark was our knowledable guide. His presence is patient, kind, and won a bond with my youngest. The next activity was rapelling (belaying) with the guide named Sergio who partnered with Denmark. Then, they facilitated the long awaited Zipline event. We came down 5 lines. My youngest bonded with Denmark. So, he let my son go on a tandem ziplining experience with him. That was a well executed plan. My son nervously started by holding on to Denmark's straps and told him not to leave him. Of course, Denmark promptly reassured him that they were going together. The moment was very tender. By the end, my son was extremely happy with the event. Denmark and Sergio's synergy made the entire experience safe and thoroughly enjoyable. Finally, we were allowed to pick our lunch from a good menu. In short, it was time well spent! I highly recommend them!Posted on Timothy LVerified Our favourite thing so far in Belize! Our family of five were supposed to be cave tubing yesterday (Christmas Day!) but there were such heavy rains the parks were closed. We were so disappointed and I worried nothing would be open but Excalibur saved the day!It took us about an hour to drive there from Belize City. We were warmly welcomed by the terrific staff and then the real fun began! We started with the course of five amazing ziplines. They were high enough, long enough, and fast enough to be an amazing adventure but the guides and equipment were professional enough that I had no qualms sending my three boys across them. There's an on-site restaurant so we stopped for lunch after that. The food was absolutely terrific! We tried several things (stew chicken, shrimp tostidos, roast chicken tacos, cheeseburger) and everything was delicious but I'm not joking - I'd do the whole drive again for more of those smoked pork tacos! I sort of expected that the prices would be high but they were actually lower than most places we ate back in town. And the food was better. After lunch, our guide took us through their Via Ferrata - a climbing course that takes you up cliffs and across suspension bridges. My boys are great climbers and they really enjoyed the sights and experiences. My wife and I are NOT great climbers but it was never too hard or unnerving for us.This was a great day and if I heard that friends from home were coming to Belize, I would 100% tell them to visit Excalibur. Thanks to the staff for saving Christmas for us!Posted on Ian RVerified Great Zip Line Experience We had a fantastic time with Excalibur Excursions on our zipline adventure. Our guide was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and even reminded us to bring water, which we really appreciated. I brought a group of top performers from work, and everyone had an amazing experience. Highly recommend!Posted on Trek68639862738Verified Airy adventure We held our breath a few times, but all went smooth. Zipline #3 was a fast breezy ride. The guides, mostly young and very friendly, were very assistive but not over involved.Posted on Perla SanchezVerified Adventure Time! This was my 3 year old’s first zip lining, cave tubing and rappelling experience. I must say that the staff and facilities were definitely top tier! We felt safe while having fun! The food was delicious and it was an overall amazing experience!Posted on Joanna HVerified Great time! Amazing staff and food. - my family, friends and I had a great time 😊. Safety was a number 1 priority for the staff and we really appreciated that as we had our 7 year old son with usPosted on Yumi GVerified Fun and Adventure for all ages! My 9-year-old daughter, who can be a bit timid and had never done an adventure like this before, joined the activity. The guide was so kind and reached out to help her, which really made a difference. Thank youPosted on Victoria DVerified Sunday morning jolly It was great fun. It has real potential to be epic in the future. The via ferrata was good and it'll be great when it's expanded to be bigger and bigger! They also have very safe practices for the via ferrataThe river tubing is a very relaxing ride. More like a lazy river than rapids.Posted on Melanie BlakeVerified Adventurous Day! We had the most amazing time bonding as cousins. It was pure fun, the tour guides were so friendly and the view is just absolutely gorgeous. I'd do this all over again!Posted on Shamyria OVerified Greta Times We had a great time during our visit! Safety is the top priority and the guides were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming.
